Making your Will with L’Avocat Law is simple and quick
Making a Will with L’Avocat Law is simple, quick and fuss-free.
All you need to do is to click on the page "Book a Will now" and key in your name, preferred date and time into the form and click submit.
We will usually reply with a confirmation message in less than an hour with a list of questions.
Alternatively, you can SMS / WhatsApp your name, preferred date and time to the mobile number on the same page and we will send a confirmation reply.
To speed up the process, please fill up the list of questions and email back to us at least one day before the appointment so that our lawyer can start drafting the Will which will be ready for you to check and amend on the day of your appointment.
If you send the replies in advance, checking and amending the Will will take less than 20 minutes and you can bring home two (2) original signed copies of the Will immediately.
Alternatively, you could just come down to our office on the appointment date and time and give instructions verbally and our lawyer will draft on the spot.
If done on the spot, the whole process will take 30 to 45 minutes and you can bring home two (2) original signed copies of the Will immediately.
After you bring home your Will, keep it in a safe place and notify your Executor that you have made a Will.
